After beginning my fitness journey with no understanding or guidance, I strive to help others become the best versions of themselves in a healthy and achievable way.
I am a level 3 personal trainer, as well as a level 2 gym instructor with a bachelors of science in nutrition, physical activity and health and currently undertaking a masters in clinical nutrition. I incorporate my science based knowledge of fitness and nutrition to help you achieve your goals, without the fad fitness and diet trends.

Health and Fitness is my major passion. As a child, I loved competing in sports & activities, this naturally transitioned towards the gym as I hit my late teens/early adulthood, and I’ve gone from strength to strength!
I believe that knowledge & theory are great, but you must put the miles in to become a truly experienced lifter and help others achieve great results. I have over 10 years of experience on perfecting my own technique, exploring new training styles, and ever-expanding my knowledge of nutrition and supplementation.
